1. Discuss important leadership qualities.

2. Create the proper balance between focusing on the product or service and the producers of that product or service.

3. Practice a five-step coaching model for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Formulate a time management time for you and teach the strategies to your employees.

5. Discuss benefits of teamwork and diversity and develop plans for improving each.

6. Mediate a conflict situation and demonstrate positive problem-solving methods.
